My topic this term, is about the Rugby World Cup 2015. So far we have learnt a lot of interesting facts about Rugby world cup. Each one of us in Rm 12 have got 2 Countries to investigate. My 1st country from pool A is Wales,and my 2nd  country from Pool B is Scotland. We all have to study the 2 countries we got. Everyone in Rm 12 has to work on England too. We have to do a Presentation about our countries. In our Presentation we have to write some interesting  facts about our 3 countries. So far we have learnt a lot of Facts about RWC. We also know lots of facts about the 3 countries we worked on.

                                               MATHS

This Week for Maths my Group have been working on how to solve Addition and Subtraction using different strategies and our number knowledge. When I first tried this it looked difficult. When I read the WALT I think I kind of know what to do. This went kind of easy and hard for me. Even though I got some answers wrong or right it didn't really matter I still enjoyed it. When It came to the last part it went hard. I still tried to get the answer.  I enjoyed doing this. I think this could help us in maths, because when we are stuck on a sum we could use another strategy to get the answer.

Today for maths I have been doing Place Values. We did Place Values by using Ones , Tens , and Hundreds. Whenever we do Place Values I always enjoy it, even though I get the answer  wrong or right I still enjoy doing Place Values because it doesn't really matter. I think that Place Values are Interesting. I love doing Place Values because its fun and Interesting.

Today for Maths I played this game I was playing this game with my Friend Noma

 we were against each other. I was winning because I had 125 points and she had 118 points. In this game it doesn't really matter how many points you get it matters what you learn from this game. And it makes you learn your Addition , Subtraction ,  Divisions , Time Tables and more. I think that when we play this game we will improve a lot.  Everyone in Rm 12 learns a lot from this game. We love this game because we improve a lot. We play this game every time. We like this game.

Today for Maths I did a  Worksheet.  In the Worksheet I did Addition and Subtractions. I learnt a lot from this Worksheet. I think the Worksheet was a easy one. Sometimes some will be hard but I tried my best to find the right answer. I loved the Worksheet. In the Worksheet I learnt how to add big numbers (thousand and hundred) and I also learnt how to minus big numbers and small Numbers. When it comes to a hard Sum I try my best to find the answer by doing it the way banks count money (it not cheating). The Worksheet makes me  know all my Additions and Subtractions.

This morning for maths I played this game. This game is a Time table game. My group for maths always play this game. We love this game because it helps us with our maths. Actually this game helps with our Timetables. We are almost knowing all our time tables by this game. We love this game because this game also helps us in our maths it make us improve more in maths and more in our Time tables.

Today I played this game. This game is like a solving game (solve problems). This Game  might help you improve something in maths. It helps you in your addition and maybe your timetables. This game is an interesting game. The reason I like this game is because it helps me with my addition. And it might help you too/everyone so play the game! Its Amazing and I hope you/everyone like it because I do! This game is like are addition game.
In this game it shows 2 melons and you count how many melons are there! When you finish you click on the answer. When you click the right answer it will get harder and harder when you know all of it! That means you already learnt a lot from this game.

This morning for maths I played this game. This game is called Carls Cookies. I learnt a lot of sums on this website. The reason why I like this game is because it helps me/everyone learn more.  So try it out its a good game and you might improve something in maths by this game. My Favourite Month of the Year.

My Favorite Month of the Year is October! , December! and April.

The reason why October is my Favorite Month is because Halloween is on October and I love Halloween. Halloween is a festival every year celebrated on October 31. On Halloween It's a great time for children to dress up in costumes and go door-to-door collecting sweets or money. It is celebrated in much of the Western world, in particular the United States and Ireland, and is gaining popularity in New Zealand.The Costumes you wear for Halloween is scary Costumes! Because Halloween day you celebrate with scary stuff! (for and example like a pumpkin that has eyes and a mouth and more scary things) So for Halloween you need to dress up like a ghost , Monster , Pumpkin , Animals (any) , Zombie and more other scary costumes.And that is the reason why October is my Favorite month of the year.



The Reason why December is my other Favorite month of the year is because I love Christmas and Christmas is on December. Christmas is a day you celebrate and get gifts and The reason why I love Christmas is because I get gifts and It is just so Surprising And Fun! What you need for Christmas is a Christmas tree , some decorations for the Christmas Tree , Wrapping paper lots , Card (if you want) , Pen (to write who is it for and who it is from) and maybe a Christmas Label.
And that is the reason why December is my Favorite Month of the year.


Last my other Favorite Month of the year is April! I have 2 reasons for that! First April is the month that my birthday is on! My Second reason is Easter is on April and I just love it! The reason why I love Easter is because Easter is just like Halloween but you don't wear costumes and go around people house after 3:00 and knock on their doors and say Trick or Treat (asking for lollies) It is not the same. Easter you just eat Easter Eggs and get Easter Eggs from people as a gift. That the reason why I love April. 

I also love Easter. Easter is the most important and oldest festival of the Christian Church, celebrating the resurrection of Christ and held (in the Western Church) between 21 March and 25 April, on the first Sunday after the first full moon following the northern spring equinox.

Every Morning we do maths. We learn many different kind of things. Maths makes everyone improve their goals. I learnt a lot in maths. In maths we do Time Tables , Division , Subtraction , Fractions , Addition and more.

Whenever we do Addition we use a thousands chart to find out the answer.  So whenever we get stuck on something we can use the thousands chart to find out our answer. And that way its easier for kids and for everyone.

I go to  Cosdibrics  and what I do in Cosdibrics is the same thing. We skip count in 10’s , 5’s 2’s 3’s and 4’s. In Cosdibrics we have to learn the time tables we don't know.  When we know it of my hard on Friday we will get tested and see if we learnt our time tables and see if we know it of by hard. After that we can move on to the next time table.

I really want to improve my goals so I can move up to another level. To do that I need to try hard or try my best , learn what I can't do (in maths) , do what is right and  Learn a lot of maths.

Maths is one of the important things in the World. For are Example if your going to the Market and you had $20 and you bought $2 lollies and you a waiting for the change. What if you don't know what amount are you getting and you want to buy some more lolles but you don't know how much amount do you have now. So that is the reason why Maths is important.

Most people hate maths but most people don't know that maths can lead them to a good place when they are older instead of staying home and doing nothing.

So that is the reason why Maths is important.
